Weitzel Completes Sales Training
August 20, 2018 (Morganton, North Carolina) – Joanna Weitzel, Technical Sales Consultant at Bridgeway Solutions, recently completed her 90-day training period and is well on her way to becoming a top salesperson at Bridgeway. As the South Carolina representative, Joanna inherited a well-established territory where Bridgeway enjoys a state contract, a multi-year relationship with SC Law Enforcement Division, and recognition as the vendor of choice for numerous school districts, healthcare agencies and private concerns.
A leader in the field of conservation, Joanna held director positions at the Carolina Wildlife Center in Columbia for almost a decade before moving to similar director roles at Camp Discovery in Blythewood, SC. Prior to her non-profit career, she was a sales representative, first for Palmetto Promotions, followed by more than seven years at Proctor & Gamble.
“Joanna came to us with considerable experience in a variety of challenging fields. From her years as an executive director, she is an expert in outreach, marketing, and customer service. Her time at Proctor & Gamble gave her amazing sales acumen and determination – she never fails to follow up with customers.”
“Together with her leadership skills, warmth and dedication, she is an exceptional individual, professionally and personally. We are delighted to have her on our team,” said Pam Walker, Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
Joanna’s communication skills, determination and focus have quickly positioned her as a knowledgeable and respected resource across the state. Existing customers and prospects soon realized that Joanna is not only current with new and emerging products and services, she is intuitive and forward-thinking, aware that budgets are tight and often careers are on the line.
“I am thrilled to be part of the Bridgeway Solutions team and couldn’t imagine representing a better company. Their innovative ID solutions fit with my background and personal passions. I look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of service and forming lasting relationships with current and prospective customers,” Joanna said.
“It’s not enough to sell a product to someone and then walk away. Once I establish a relationship with a customer, I consider myself a part of their team. I’m there for them as long as they will allow me to be there. The discovery of a new opportunity, helping the customer recognize how they can achieve their security and safety goals, and delivering a quality product is my purpose. It gives me a wonderful feeling of fulfillment and accomplishment,” said continued.
Joanna grew up in Columbia, SC and she loves traveling all over the state, meeting new people, and visiting with familiar faces. Joanna holds a Master of Business Administration from University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University, and she studied Biological Sciences at the University of South Carolina. August 14, 2018 (Morganton, North Carolina)-- Bridgeway Solutions’ customers in Central and Eastern South Carolina and Georgia have a new customer relationship advocate to assist them with quotes, orders and product information. Dyna Marler joined the sales division in her new role as Customer Account Liaison on July 16, 2018.
Dyna shifted into the sales support role following a year as Marketing and Sales Assistant. "I enjoy taking care of our customers and I'm excited to be in my new position as a Customer Account Liaison. My goal is to deliver a positive customer experience and complete customer satisfaction and that means I will be helping build business for Bridgeway," said Dyna.
Working closely with Dru Morris, Marketing Services Specialist, as Dyna’s most recent assignment found her juggling a host of responsibilities, including posting to social media, managing the online store, providing research and support for sales campaigns and, on occasion, filling in for inside sales staff. She is a quick learner and readily masters any task set before her. Among her coworkers she is well-known for her willingness to help with any project and for her cheerful and friendly nature.
As Customer Account Liaison, Dyna is responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, quoting supplies and accessories, processing and managing inbound orders, and proactively reaching out to Bridgeway’s Georgia and central and eastern South Carolina customers.
