On-Site Hardware Maintenance (HMA) provides one year of on-site or remote-access (web connection) service coverage for a specific piece of equipment, designated by serial number. The price of parts, when required, is included in the price of the agreement if the equipment is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The cost of parts is billed separately for equipment no longer covered under warranty. Maintenance contracts include one (1) preventative maintenance call during the term of the contract. Depot Service, with telephone support, provides one year of service coverage for a specific piece of equipment, designated by serial number. Bridgeway technicians provide telephone support to help walk you through functional problems. If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone, the unit may be sent to Bridgeway Solutions for service. The price of parts, when required, is included in the price of the agreement if the equipment is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The cost of parts is billed separately for equipment no longer covered under warranty. Shipping charges to deliver the equipment to Bridgeway are paid by the customer; Bridgeway pays for return shipping. **EXCLUSIONS - Service and maintenance of related software and accessories are specifically excluded from coverage. Print heads, main circuit boards and system abuse are specifically excluded from all service contract coverage, whether on-site, or depot. |
