July 10, 2017 (Morganton, NC) – Bridgeway Solutions, Inc., the Southeast’s leader in full-service secure identification and access management solutions, has named Pamela Walker of Morganton as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective July 1, 2017. Walker was selected as the new VP based on her proven expertise in marketing and brand management, strategic planning and organizational leadership. In her new role, Walker will provide sales and marketing direction for Bridgeway’s representatives covering the Carolinas and Georgia, as well as future geographic and vertical market expansion.
“When Pam joined Bridgeway as Marketing Manager she brought a fresh perspective and energy to our marketing and sales efforts. Her creativity, leadership and organizational skills quickly enabled us to promote her to Director of Marketing and soon after, she was charged with management of our inside sales team. Pam nurtures the strengths and capabilities of her direct reports, allowing them to grow professionally. I am certain that she will be quite effective motivating Bridgeway’s sales and marketing staff toward a stronger, more expansive market share,” said J. David Lee, General Manager, considers Walker a knowledgeable team player. “It doesn’t matter what is asked of her, Pam is always ready to do whatever she can to move projects along and assist our customers. From computer support to advanced reporting, Pam is efficient and exceedingly capable,” said Lee.
In addition to her duties at Bridgeway Solutions, Walker will continue in her support role for ARMET Group, LLC. Late in 2015, Walker was tasked with developing branding and marketing structure for ARMET Group, an association of elite resellers offering the innovative identification and access management solutions. “Pam has done an amazing job putting together a cohesive brand and establishing our national marketing strategy and sales materials. She supports our channel partners and their sales representatives with everything from website development to solutions training and event planning. I am very excited for her and confident that she will be an excellent corporate officer,” said Roger Sigler, COO of ARMET Group.
Prior to joining Bridgeway in September 2012, Walker was the Managing Director at VanNoppen Marketing and Public Information Officer for the City of Morganton from 1996 to 2006.
Walker lives in Morganton with her husband Bill and is a former board member of the Joara Foundation and past Secretary for Burke Habitat for Humanity. She is a talented photographer and enjoys gardening and DYI projects.
