August 14, 2018 (Morganton, North Carolina)-- Bridgeway Solutions’ customers in Central and Eastern South Carolina and Georgia have a new customer relationship advocate to assist them with quotes, orders and product information. Dyna Marler joined the sales division in her new role as Customer Account Liaison on July 16, 2018.
Dyna shifted into the sales support role following a year as Marketing and Sales Assistant. Dyna's new position shifts her away from Facebook, blogging, and e-store updates to supply and accessory sales. She'll be helping customers with orders for plastic card printing ribbons and cleaning cards, badge holders and lanyards, and consumables for identification and access control management..
"I enjoy taking care of our customers and I'm excited to be in my new position as a Customer Account Liaison. I like challenges and helping people, so the interaction with our customers is very rewarding. My goal is to deliver a positive customer experience and complete customer satisfaction and that means I will be helping build business for Bridgeway," said Dyna.
Working closely with Dru Morris, Marketing Services Specialist, as Dyna’s most recent assignment found her juggling a host of responsibilities, including posting to social media, managing the online store, providing research and support for sales campaigns and, on occasion, filling in for inside sales staff. She is a quick learner and readily masters any task set before her. Among her coworkers she is well-known for her willingness to help with any project and for her cheerful and friendly nature.
As Customer Account Liaison, Dyna is responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, quoting supplies and accessories, processing and managing inbound orders, and proactively reaching out to Bridgeway’s Georgia and central and eastern South Carolina customers. She will be a valuable sales resource for her partners in the field, researching customer sales history and prospecting for potential sales opportunities. She will be working with Technical Sales Consultants Joanna Weitzel (SC) and Gene Hawkins (GA).
“We are all excited to see Dyna take her enthusiasm for customers and her passion for Bridgeway into a sales role. She has been a tremendous asset to our marketing efforts and I know she will deliver 100% in her new position. Our customers will enjoy her warm and approachable disposition and quickly find her to be a highly organized and committed customer advocate,” said Pam Walker, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Bridgeway.
Dyna and her husband, Matt, live in Morganton with their three-year-old cats, Pixie and Shadow, and their 11-year-old Dachshund/Labrador, Mozart.
